- You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or make available course materials (including videos, PDFs, templates, and assignments) to any third party.
- You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or other proprietary markings.
- You may not use our content to build a competing course library or training program.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CalmGate.
Payments
Course fees (if any) are due at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Applicable taxes may be added based on your region and the information you provide at checkout.
We may change prices and availability at any time. Price changes won’t affect orders already completed.
If a payment is reversed, declined, or charged back, we may suspend or terminate access to the related services until the issue is resolved.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window for eligible course purchases, provided your course progress is under 20% and you have not downloaded substantial portions of the course materials. If your request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

- Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days.
- We may deny refunds for abuse, repeated refund requests, or suspected fraud.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying, recording, scraping, or redistributing any materials without permission.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access, bypass paywalls, or interfere with platform security.
- Uploading malware, phishing links, or any harmful content.
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in community channels.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
Where appropriate, we may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
